A styleboard helps you focus and helps you keep all your ideas together, so that you don’t start going over the top – it’s a reminder of what you need and don’t need and what colour palettes you plan to work with. It’s easy to get off track and start buying all sorts of items when you’re decorating, only to find it doesn’t work when it’s all put together. A styleboard helps you stick to a plan. A styleboard also helps you envision how actual pieces/items/colours will work together and provides a budget for your space.
